Customer Service Officer Calleo location ACT. Salary $35.00 + 9.5% Super.
Our client is seeking a suitable APS3 Customer Support Officer to commence immediately to assist with a variety of administration and customer service duties. The team play a key role managing inbound escalated phone enquires for their contact centres, administration of the team mailbox and completion of customer focused tasks from relevant stakeholders within the Agency.
Key duties include, however not limited to processing and administrating stakeholder requests, including resolving complex issues. Management of mailbox enquires, case management and coordination of tasks to resolve issues. Coordinate and follow up assigned tasks, keeping track of progress and outcomes. Undertake research to process complex issues / complaints in consultation within relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts. Draft and prepare reports in relation to team tasks and outcomes.
To be successful we are seeking suitable applications who bring the below requirements strong communication skills, with ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Experience working in a complex business service delivery environment. Sound MS Office skills, and ability to pick up new systems quickly. High attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise. Previous experience working in inbound call centres and or demonstrated working knowledge of clinical healthcare will be highly regarded – as well as a current baseline clearance.
