Customer Service Officer Hays Contact Centres location Melbourne. Exciting full-time Customer Service Officer job within a Government department. $30+ per hour. Your new company located in the docklands, this ever growing government body based in the docklands and due to success and expansion the department is needing an addition in their customer service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in the public sector within a successful department. Your new role an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to assist with phone calls, document preparation and many government procedural tasks. The role would be a 38 hour week - full time, Monday to Friday, $30+ per hour. What you'll need to succeed experience in a previous government role is essential, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, you must be punctual and dress appropriately, have a polite and friendly manner, work within a team environment, must be an australian citizen.
