Customer Service Officer Empire Group location Brisbane. $0 - $35 per hour.

The role the Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing prompt and excellent customer service to all clients.

Duties include taking high volume inbound calls. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Effectively and efficiently coordinate customers’ service requests and transactions. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Consulting customers on the organisation’s range of products and services available to assist with decision making and provide solutions.

You to be successful for this role. You will have proven ability to deliver consistent and professional quality customer service. Must have experience in retail/sales, contact centre, and remote support roles e.g., Live chat and ticketing. Ability to communicate information clearly and effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
