Customer Service Officers play a vital role coordinating and actioning customer requests across NSW. They also handle a variety of calls and provide timely information to ground staff to enable appropriate actions to be taken. It’s busy, challenging and varied. If you enjoy multitasking and thrive on recalling facts and figures this is your ideal role. Daily activities include updating internal systems to follow up and update customers, answer and process a variety of customer calls, coordinating and monitoring ground staff and maintaining support to a variety of areas to ensure sufficient resources are provided, utilise the latest systems to log day to day activity, monitor and report on the activities of all customer enquiries. What you need to succeed high level keyboard skills and experience in windows applications, excellent reading, high attention to detail, comprehension and short-term memory and able to work rotational shifts 24/7.
