Customer Service Officer Top Office Group Pty Ltd location Brisbane. $34.19/hour.

We are urgently seeking experienced Customer Service Officers for upcoming temporary roles with a highly professional inbound government customer contact centre in Ipswich. Duties include receiving enquiries from customers, providing information, updating systems and completing necessary follow-up administrative action.

Casual shifts will be rostered as either 8:00am to 12:00pm (Monday to Friday); or 12:30pm to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday). Additional hours may become available based on your availability to stay later/start earlier and the business needs.

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate strong customer service experience in a high volume environment (call centre experience advantageous but not essential). Well developed administration skills.

Demonstrated commitment to high quality customer service with the ability to understand complex customer enquiries and manage customer expectations whilst adhering to policies and processes. Accurate keyboarding skills (minimum 40 wpm @ 98% accuracy). Sound technical skills with proven ability to grasp new systems quickly and work across multiple screens whilst handling a customer enquiry.

Flexibility to work a casual roster arrangement within the timeframe identified above (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm OR 12:30pm to 4:30pm) - availability to work additional hours appreciated (but not essential).
