About the role persolkelly are seeking a customer service officer on behalf of our client who is in the Government Sector. This role is based in the Sydney Olympic park. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible to provide best practice customer service as well as delivering timely, quality and professional responses to enquiries and feedback.

This role would suit someone who has demonstrated experience with complaint handling and dealing with difficult customers. Your job responsibilities deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders and visitors as a frontline representative.

Resolve and record customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues. Coordinate the proactive release of information through websites, phone, social media and face-to-face channels to mitigate customer impacts.

Arrange and supervise the provision of high-quality customer service requirements. Executing processes and administrative duties to support internal stakeholders. Maintaining records of customer feedback and complaints and producing regular reports.

Essential requirements double vaccination certificate. Relevant experience is highly regarded. Working with Children's Check (willing to obtain).
