We are looking for “Customer Service Office” who will be employed to MNC client, job location in Singapore. Responsibilities work in an environment that requires front office and phone-based applicant interaction, ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements build customers interest in the services and products offered by the company, take ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution. Document scrutiny & collection for visa processing, handling customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone, ensuring all administration & logistics of passport delivery to consulate / applicant /logistics company etc. Maintain & record all application data handling of cash & bank related transactions if assigned . Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.  Provide high level of service to develop long-term customer relationships. Proficiency with basic computer functions, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment. Strong interpersonal skills professional, courteous and empathetic, strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented, ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
