The organization we are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for our client operating in the financial services industry. Located in Pymble, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team. This role is a 3-month Contract with the views for extension or potential for permanency.

The successful applicant will work with our corporate clients assisting in their Customer Service team. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role.

Your duties will include but are not limited to responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels in a timely manner and to appropriate quality standards. Ability to multitask in a call centre environment and take ownership of personal development and customer service core competencies. Comprehensively learn and understand companies products, processes and systems. Provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements the ideal candidate will have experience in previous customer support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A willingness to learn and grow within the team.
