Customer Service Officer location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Knocknok Technologies Asia Pte Ltd. Responsibilities Manage company service appointment thru in house system conduct phone calls to converse with customers to understand their needs/problems, maintain customer relationship, handle customer inquiry via crm, phone call, email, etc in a timely manner, coordinate with different parties of the entire order fulfilment process. Requirement being open minded and out-going, quick learner, excellent written and verbal communication skills- bilingual is preferred, a “people person” – approachable, engaging, energetic and empathetic, must be extremely organised and detail oriented, able to work on shift schedule, working days 5.5 days per week, working hours 9-6pm.
