Customer Service Officer Heritage Brands location Melbourne. $60,000 – $65,000 per year.

7am - 4 pm - 38 hours per week with early finish on Friday. Discount on product. Join a collaborative and fun team. Located in Springvale. WFH available 1 day a week. $65,000 plus super per annum (Pro rata). Do you have excellent customer service skills, a positive can- do attitude, if so, this is the position for you.

Responding to all customer contacts (across multiple channels, mainly over the phone) and providing a timely resolution to all enquires to ensure all customers have a seamless and positive experience.

Skills and experience excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritise tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is essential

A positive and proactive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads.
