About the role we are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our busy Sales & Marketing team. As integral members of the team, our Customer Service Officers play a pivotal role as communication conduits between dealers, consumers and the business.

Prowler Proof is committed to providing quality end-to-end customer service support. This is not your typical call centre role, we prioritise quality service delivery over call turn-over rates.

Who you are you will be a passionate, imaginative and friendly individual who can work independently.

Ideally you will possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven time management, the ability to multitask and prioritise. A personable nature, the ability to build rapport with dealers and consumers. Problem solving skills, the ability to take ownership of problems and see them through. The ability to handle complaints in a measured and professional manner.Attention to detail. A proactive approach to everday jobs. Ability to follow processes. Team orientated.

What you will be working on dealer support, assisting in any and all queries via phone and email. A communication channel between the dealer and production. Development and strengthening of dealer relationships. Business Development Manager support.

Communication to the team on important and relevant dealer and consumer information. Develop dealer support and training materials as required. Showroom administration and assistance to customer visitors. A holistic approach to the representation of the brand.

Beneficial experience customer service experience. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and practices. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint).
