Due to an internal move, we’re seeking a motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. You will play a crucial role in our order process, by inputting purchase order data into SAP to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Inputting data accurately within SAP to ensure order requirements are fulfilled within a timely manner.
Resolving customer queries both over the phone and through email communications.
Generating reports to eliminate delays for customers.
Regularly providing updates to customers around order status ETA’s, stock availability, and pricing.
YOUR SKILLS
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills. Additionally, you will possess:
Prior experience within customer service or order entry.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A customer-focused approach with a willingness to support.
A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
