Customer Service Leader Stats NZ location Auckland.
The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience in a similar role and have excellent customer service skills and people leading skills, a passion for quality and superior communication skills together with a positive attitude and outlook on life, the ability to lead a team and also be able to work alongside the team, a strong work ethic, including being able to coach and develop the team, great relationship building skills.
The successful candidate will have between 8 to 12 direct reports and will report to the Team Manager. Please note we operate a shift rostering environment from Sunday to Friday. All applicants will, therefore, need to be available over these days and available for evening work up to 9pm on weekdays.
