Permanent, full-time position
Monday to Friday – flexible rotating roster – 7.00am – 3.30pm; 8.30am – 5.00pm
Competitive base salary
As the first point of contact for customers at our Kingston branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, breakdowns, portable toilet pump runs
You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
Liaising with suppliers to support our customers

What you’ll bring to the role
Previous face-to-face customer service experience
A desire to provide amazing customer experience
General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Capability to learn and absorb technical information
