AADS is a well established market leading Concrete Agitator Manufacturing Company in Braeside. We manufacture, service and maintain concrete agitators for the large Australian Concrete Companies and for the local service providers.

We currently have a vacancy for a suitably qualified person to take on the role of Service Coordinator / Adviser and be a major point of contact for all jobs in our busy Braeside Workshop. This position would suit a person with experience in Manufacturing & Construction industry. Relevant computer skills are essential – Word, XL, Outlook & Qbooks (an advantage).

Key Roles and Responsibilities are responsible for all customer contact for the repair & service work from beginning to end of each job. To work closely with the Foreman and have the necessary organisational skills to plan the daily, monthly work schedules. Generate & manage work orders and invoice preparation. Managing work in progress to company standards. Provide technical support to both customers and appropriate employees.

To be successful you will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal, organisation & time management skill. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously, drive and passion to achieve first class customer service and quality of work.

This role will suit someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working as a team, and keen to learn. You will need the ability to work closely with internal staff and external customers alike in problem solving and service related tasks.
