Our client, based in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne is an Australian owned and operated pharmaceutical company specialising in natural products and healthy solutions for you, your family and home. They are currently seeking an experienced call centre agent to join their customer service team! The role will be based in their Oakleigh head office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in customer focused environments & will be highly organised, proactive, work well under time constraints and be able to juggle multiple priorities.

Your duties will incorporate timely and accurate processing of all customer enquiries. Processing & management of email communication. Delivering high level customer service over the phone as required. Provide support to customer service department as needed. Provide administrative assistance as required.

Skills and Experience previous experience in a customer service role ideally in the call centre environment. High level communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working towards call centre KPIS & targets. Confident and efficient with data entry whilst maintaining a high attention to detail. Analytically minded with strong organisational and time management skills. Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
