Fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Agent who can provide first level technical support to clients for a leading telco based in Symonston ACT to their Government client. Based in the contact centre, you will be responsible for service delivery and support, manage incidents and service requests and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction. You will be servicing government clients in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Team Leader and work in a diverse and supportive team.

Your main duties and responsibilities include act as the first point of contact for customer technical support. Deliver exceptional customer service. Troubleshoot devices and provide solutions to complex issues. Log new tickets and resolve tickets using Service Now. Escalate issues and ensure SLAs are achieved. Contribute to product and service improvements. This role is an immediate start, working on a rotating roster. Hours are 7am to 7pm - Monday to Friday - 38 hour week.

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria previous experience in service desk support or call centre environment. Exceptional and clear communications and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot devices. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Be confident and be able to think on your feet. Obtain Australian Citizenship. Baseline Security Clearance is strongly desirable. To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain or currently obtain Baseline Security clearance.
