Customer Service Consultant Randstad Technologies location Ballarat and Central Highlands.

Our client a State Government agency in the Transport sector is looking for multiple Customer Service Consultants to join their growing Call Centre team in Ballarat.

Duties will include but not limited to responding to a high volume of inbound customer enquiries, in a professional and timely manner either via phone or email. You will be the first point of contact, and be expected to assist customers in completing their registration and licensing queries and transactions. Obtaining and deciphering a variety of complex information from customers, using a range of systems. Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, issuing written correspondence (e-mail), scheduling appointments, processing customer requests.

To be successful you will have proven experience working in a fast paced call centre or customer service environments. A strong level of resilience, ability to work to KPi’s and excellent time management.  Flexibility for rostered hours, including weekends, and be available between Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm. Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute. The ability to across various IT systems and software packages.
