Customer Service Consultant Smaart Recruitment location Auckland. Salary $50,000.
World-leading IT services provider is looking for 25 work from home contact centre Sales Consultants based in Auckland. Join a world-leading Telco company working on behalf of a globally renowned Telco giant. You will receive full paid training as well as ongoing product and service training. You will also be provided with all the necessary work from home hardware - laptop and headset. These are 9 month contract opportunities, paying $50,000 commencing at the beginning of May.
The role promote and sell Telco products and services. Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout. Work on specified sales campaigns. Play a key role in customer retention. Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
About you strong sales experience ideally within contact centre. Ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
