We are looking for a customer-centric superstar to join our team at Gepps Cross!

This position is a full-time role, including weekend work across a rotating roster. Our customer service team is a busy hive of activity and a main point of contact for our customers, so the right candidate for this role will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing support and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role! Duties will include:
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders
Regular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managers
Liaising with manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams on product assembly and delivery
Reporting of customer service related activities to Customer Relations Manager
Participate in regular product and sales training
ABOUT YOU
Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a busy call centre would be very favourably looked upon
Excellent data entry skills
Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
