Description
Customer Service Consultant Paxus location Sydney.
Use your previous telco experience to work on an urgent LNP (Local Number Portability) / porting project. This is a remote role open to candidates able to work from home across Australia. While previous LNP / Porting knowledge is desired, it is not required though all candidates must show previous experience working with a variety of telco related technology such as Flexcab, START, and Apex.
Please ensure to include any of the following experience in your CV previous experience working for a telecommunications provider. Previous LNP (Local Number Portability) / Porting experience. Technology that includes: APEX, Flexcab, Siebel, AXIS/START/NPAMS.
Additional tech desired but not required includes AVS, Beacon, IPND, LNPCIS, Maxim, PLNR, Pluto, SNRM/NPAMS. Demonstrated investigative skills associated with a helpdesk engineer (understanding reason for failure points in a process flow, etc).
