We specialise in Incentive and Loyalty Programs and are looking for an outgoing person to join the team on a 6-week contract. Your day will be spent chatting to our members and making redemptions on their behalf – think online shopping all day, with a little bit of admin on the side!

You will be a part of an awesome, social, and often mischievous team, chatting to a wide variety of people throughout your day, both inbound and outbound calls, but no cold calling. A high level of customer service is a must, with effective communication skills, both verbally and written, and a spirited, whimsical personality is welcome too.

Key responsibilities establishing and nurturing relationships with programme members. Responding to and resolving queries from our members and stakeholders. Recording detailed notes of all interactions with members.

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills strong, clear, and effective communication skills, both verbally and written. Time management skills with an ability to follow process. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
