The Organisation Aston Carter have partnered with a nationally recognised company within the Financial Services industry to recruit a Customer Service Officer for an 3-month contract. Our client places high importance on training and up-skilling their workforce to equip them with the right skills to succeed and progress in their careers.

The opportunity this is a fast-paced role that requires someone with exceptional time management skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for any queries from new and existing customers. Working within a supportive team, this role will be given the support to succeed.

The role as the Customer Service Officer, your day-to-day duties may include responding to inbound calls from internal and external stakeholders. Capture all customer expressions of dissatisfaction, resolving complaints where possible and escalating when a resolution is not possible. Update and maintain accurate customer and merchant records. Ensure day to day responsibilities are performed in a timely manner, so goals and objectives are met.

Desired Skills and experience previous Customer Service or Administrative experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask. Driven and determined attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
