Customer Service Consultant Smaart Recruitment location Sydney. $65,000 + Super + Leave loading.

Due to growth and changes to systems and regulations, our client is now in need of 4 Full-time Customer Service Consultants to join their fun, supportive and friendly team. We are looking for the best Customer Service Consultants Sydney has to offer.

Being a Customer Service Consultant you will be the first point of contact for all phone calls into the business. You will divert calls to the right departments, update customer details, process payments and help find a solution to the customer's question. Full product and system training will be provided but because this is an urgent need for an April 26th start we require people who have worked in a Call Centre or Customer Service position previously.

About the position Monday to Friday business hours, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Inputting and update information on the house CRM, Being the first point of contact for inbound enquires. $64,000 + Super + Employee benefits like leave loading (6 weeks annual leave a year). 3 weeks of fully paid training.

What we are looking for minimum of 12 months Call Centre or Customer Service Experience. Excellent communication skills. Confident and positive attitude. Great financial and numeracy understanding. Strong ability to meet and exceed targets. Exceptional rapport building skills. Resilience and adaptability.
