They specialise in the sales and distribution of quality metal cutting tools and services to the metal manufacturing industry. Their impressive headquarters based in Norwest Business Park offers training facilities, high tech computerised systems, and a modern warehouse.

Position & requirements a position has become available for an internal customer service consultant to join a dynamic motivated and high performing work culture. Based in North Western Sydney, you will be working alongside the sales representatives and liaising with engineers over the phone. You will be entering information/ orders into the computer and provide exceptional customer service.

Candidate (Important you have the below skill set) you must have excellent presentation.

Customer Service Experience in a corporate environment. Longevity within positions. A pro-active approach to work. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Good PC skills in Microsoft word, PowerPoint & Excel. Must have own car and licence. Salary starting base is $50,000 + superannuation.
