We are searching for experienced customer service superstars to join our inbound contact centre team in a pretty amazing CBD location. Our National Contact centre is open Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm & 9am -5pm on Saturday.

All new team members are provided with engaging and collaborative training, and will be fully supported throughout their learning journey in our new starter academy for up to 3 months. We take our values and customer promise seriously, and we need team members who are ready to join us on an ambitious journey to the moon.

About you we have ambitious goals, so we need people who want to be a part of a team to help us build something amazing. We move fast and our environment is ever changing. To excel at ME we need you to have a strong sense of resilience and a love of dynamic environments. Contact Centre experience in finance or Banking would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
