Customer Service Consultant Hudson location Wellington. Salary $24 - $26 p.h. + + 8% holiday pay and 3% kiwi save.

Our client is seeking experienced customer service consultants to join their team to provide updates / advice and respond to document request for their customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to change, this could be a great opportunity to utilise your customer service and administration skills. Ideally seeking a December 14th start date - however will close for 2 weeks over Christmas / New Years - returning to the office on Jan 11th, 2021.

About the role as the first point of contact for customers seeking information and support, you will be responsible for communicating via email and over the phone with customers. Providing advice and guidance on the resources available. Researching files to source information required. Responding to customers' requests for documentation in a timely manner whilst adhering to company procedures. Provide customers with an overview of their claim and provide progress updates. Entering and processing customer information with a high level of accuracy.

About you an experienced customer service / administrator - experience in government / insurance / banking / travel industry could be well suited to this role. Comfortable working in a contact centre type environment - working to productivity / quality targets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills. Proven ability to adapt to new systems / processes. Pride yourself on your high level of accuracy. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with regular changes.
