Customer Service Call Operator West Recruitment location Sydney.

West Recruitment is looking for customer service call centre operators who are looking to work on an exciting NSW government incentive program. We are looking for passionate candidates that can deliver a great customer experience. You will receive all the necessary information, training and tools to do a great job. We have multiple positions available that will require an immediate start.

The role you will be working in a motivated positive team environment and you will be responsible for but not limited to be the first point of contact to providing information and customer support to members of the public.

Have an ability to identify and transfer enquiries to the appropriate specialist where necessary. Ensuring a great customer experience that may be provided via phone or email whilst being responsible use of systems and personal information.  Accurately create, update and maintain use of the internal database. Assist with any ad-hoc Administrative duties.

The successful candidate to be considered for the role you will need to have at least 2 years' experience within a similar position along with previous experience within a busy call centre environment. Demonstrated ability to process/work accurately and meet deadlines. The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. The flexibility to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday 7am-7pm in 7-hour shifts (35 Hours per week). Government is advantageous but not required. Be able to return a clear police check and have full working rights.
