Customer Service Assistant Mountain Adventure location Canterbury.
Mountain Adventure is a leading wholesale and distribution business providing leading global brands to independent and national outdoor retailers throughout NZ. We are passionate about the outdoors and supporting the outdoor community with our brands. With ongoing business growth it's time to take on an additional all-round customer service champion to help in reception, accounts and occasional warehouse duties.
You will have the following skills and competencies wide general knowledge of outdoor equipment, product & apparel, customer service experience preferably in the outdoor sector, general administration experience including accounts, Intermediate or above competency in Word and Excel. Ability to learn new systems, Attention to detail.
It would be advantageous if you are actively involved in the outdoors, willing to travel from time to time to assist at trade shows and events, have experience with inventory management applications.
