Customer Service Assistant location Ang Mo Kio / Bishan / Thomson, North. Job Type Temporary.

Job duty handle phone and e-mail enquiries at a contact centre for matters relating to the swab requirements for building and construction industry. Provide accurate information to customers in a professional and timely manner; Liaise with relevant parties for follow-up of feedback where necessary; and Other frontline and administrative duties when required. Will be rostered to work weekends. Schedule swab bookings, missed appointments, etc. On the Job Training will be provided.

Job information location Braddell, Duration 3 months, Salary $11/hr, Working hours Rotation Shift, 5 days work week, AM 9am to 6pm / 10am to 7pm, PM: 1pm to 10pm.

Requirements able to work shift hours, Able to work on weekends.
