Customer Service and Shipping Coordinator location Bedok / Upper East Coast, East. Job Type Full-Time. Education Level N-Level.
Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator. Logistics Company Up to 2k (OT + Variable Bonus / Full Benefits). Warehouse location Kembangan. Working hours Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm / Sat 9am - 1pm(alternate Sat after confirmation) . Only Singaporean/ PR are welcome to apply.
Job responsibilities responsible liaising with clients’ via email and tele-conversation on arrangements of cargo. Handle general administrative work including fulfilment and delivery schedule planning. Prepare necessary shipping documents or perform any administrative support to logistics & shipping. Support, generate, and compile monthly reports to the top management. Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements candidates must possess at least “N” Level/NiTec/Diploma in Logistics/SupplyChain or any relevant disciplines. Minimum 1 year of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Customer Service or equivalent. Able to read & write English and speak Mandarin and English, Willing to Learn. Great multitasker and communicator to liaise with various departments.
