The Three Six Five Salon Group, distributors for Paul Mitchell professional hair care products, are looking for a career focused individual to join our Customer Service and Sales Support Team. Our ideal candidate will need to have a solid background in sales support and administration, a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills and an attention to detail. Time management skills are also essential, with an ability to work in a team environment.

Experience in sales and accounts receivable an advantage. The role is a 12 month maternity contact, Part-time or Full-time, with the possibility of further employment.

Key responsibilities will include provide excellent customer service. Handle in-bound sales and administration. Order processing, enquiries and returns. Credit control and assistance in the accounts receivable process. Sales support for our national sales team. General office administration.

Skills over 4 years experience in customer service and sales. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and follow-up. Ability to multitask. A good understanding of EXO (MYOB) accounting software or similar software is essential.
