Included in the FleetCrew group is Alderley Automotive, a mechanical repairs and maintenance business.

We are a proud family business and are now seeking an experienced Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers and suppliers alike while assisting with the administrative tasks required to effectively run the fleet of vehicles owned by FleetCrew.

The role will involve some of the following duties customer service including attending to customers who are picking up and returning hire vehicles. Conducting pre hire checks and completing condition reports as well as dispatching the vehicles in a professional manner.

Preparing customer invoices and other administration tasks. Entering supplier invoices. Moving 4WD vehicles between workshops. Supporting the team of mechanical staff with administration tasks to help maintain efficiency, productivity and effectiveness.

To join our team as a Customer Service Officer & Administration, the successful applicant must meet the following criteria have an eagerness and ability to provide exceptional service to our customers. Have a bright and cheerful phone and service manner. Be reliable, punctual, enthusiastic and hardworking.

Be a team player with a high attention to detail. Have an ability to think outside the box to solve problems. Be self-motivated and optimistic with a willingness to learn. Hold a manual driver’s licence and have experience with MS Office.
