Customer Service and Administration Officer MED-EL Australasia location Sydney.

MED-EL is a world leader in hearing solutions with a product portfolio available in over 137 countries worldwide.

Your role responsibilities include responding to customer queries (patients and clinics) via phone and email, providing knowledgeable and timely responses to enquiries. Maintaining information databases, portals and calendars with efficient data entry.

Assisting with preparation of quotes, order processing, invoicing and document management.  Processing of patient registration cards including data upload to CRM systems. Supporting various departments with day-to-day administrative functions.

Working days for this role are Monday to Friday, business hours. Our modern office is currently across the road from The Grounds of Alexandria, with good public transport access. We will be moving in November to vibrant new offices located within walking distance to Mascot train station.

Who You are outstanding customer service is the foundation of our business, so you will be genuinely committed to patient and customer satisfaction, and have the following skills and experience a proven customer service record and experience within a similar role.

Detail orientated with exceptional written and spoken communication. Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software applications is advantageous. Experience in the Health industry will be highly regarded but not essential.
