Customer Service and Administration Officer The Cheesecake Shop Group location Sydney.

About the role this role plays an essential support role for our national supply distribution network. You would be a key contributor to ensuring the efficient day to day operation of our NSW warehouse, whilst providing top quality customer service support to our network of franchisees.

Office-based at our Head Office in Fairfield East in south-west Sydney, your key responsibilities would include daily generation of picking slips & invoices. Coordinating delivery transport & interstate stock transfers by road and rail. Complaints handling, customer service and assisting with follow up of debtors. Goods receipt of inbound stock via large container. Maintaining a high level of order, invoice & stock system accuracy. Some time spent on the warehouse floor coordinating daily deliveries with the warehouse team. Hours of work will be full-time, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. This is a permanent back-fill position.

The Ideal candidate we are seeking an energetic team-player with a “can-do” attitude to join our tight knit supply & distribution team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar administration role. Some of the skills and experience you may have include highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly to number.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Great customer service skills. A good understanding of OH&S. Familiar and comfortable working with computers using data-processing software with training (systems used include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Sharepoint and Attache). Able to show initiative & work independently when required. Some exposure to a logistics environment or warehouse operations will be highly regarded. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar administration role.
