Responsibilities include receiving, processing, invoicing and filing customer orders, liaising with customers, our 3PL warehouse, and colleagues at head office in Sydney on a day-to-day basis to ensure that orders are delivered and products are adequately stocked. You will be generating weekly and month end reports, etc.

To be successful you are able to self-manage, have initiative, and work on your own. Have a very good command of spoken and written English. Have an excellent phone manner. Are computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Chrome). Are willing to learn other software/systems required in the business (training provided). Are proficient with numbers.
