Marketability is one of Australia’s leading property consultancies to the retirement living and aged care industry. We’re looking for an energetic, customer service & admin team member to support our team project market and sell Canberra's newest retirement community, YarraRossa in Red Hill.

Join our dynamic team to provide strong customer service to our prospective retirement living clients over the phone and in the sales office. Be mentored and supported by one of the best performing sales and marketing project teams in the country, providing you industry connections that will last your lifetime.

Your responsibilities use your exceptional telephone skills to nurture seniors and engage them to visit the sales office and set one-on-one sales appointments for our sales manager. Nurture customers throughout their entire lifecycle from enquiry to settlement via regular contact & touch points. Work with the sales and marketing team to achieve team monthly performance-based targets. Build connections with the local community. Manage customer data in Salesforce CRM and accurately qualify leads.

Your ideal skills and experience be customer service oriented. Have exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Be able and willing to contribute to our multi-disciplinary project team and provide local insights as our eyes and ears on the ground. Know your way around a computer, especially Microsoft Office and CRM. Have exceptional organisation skills and show initiative. Be flexible in work hours, willing to support us leading up to launches and events.

Qualifications required 3+ years customer service experience. Strong Adminstrative skills, Microsoft Office & CRM, Driver’s License.
