The role handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls, as well as outbound follow ups. Lodge customer details into a bespoke CRM system. Respond to emails and enquires. Multi-task using multiple systems. Help customers to meet their needs.

Experience needed ability to work in a team. Excellent communication skills, Empathetic nature, Previous Customer Service experience from any background. Highly desirable: Previous experience working in a Call Centre environment.
