Our client is looking for 7 switched on and customer-centric candidates who are passionate and truly care about people to join their expanding team, to start on Wednesday 16th June.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a range of candidates with either exceptional customer service experience who are looking to take a step into a corporate environment, or those with some exposure to a Call Centre who are looking to develop their career and grow within a progressive organisation.

The role handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls, as well as outbound follow ups. Lodge customer details into a bespoke CRM system. Respond to emails and enquires. Multi-task using multiple systems. Help customers to meet their needs.

Experience needed ability to work in a team, Excellent communication skills, Empathetic nature, Previous Customer Service experience from any background, Highly desirable: Previous experience working in a Call Centre environment.
