Join a world leading global education company in their Student Advisory team. Support new students during their onboarding, providing in depth information about their programs and online learning, and be a contact point for all inbound enquiries. Student Success Advisors provide support and information to students across a portfolio of programs.
More specifically you will deliver prompt response and high levels of communication and comprehensive information, advice, and guidance to students via phone, email, SMS, and Zoom. Complete student administrative processes in relevant systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Build rapport with students, delivering a high level of support about their online studies from enrolment to completion of their program. Welcome and onboard new students and prepare them for online academic study.
Plan and conduct information sessions and webinars, as students progress through their studies. Meet enrolment and student satisfaction targets. Establish and nurture excellent relationships and share knowledge with your colleagues. Represent the Student Success team on projects, internal and external professional meetings, conferences and training workshops.
Success criteria experience in high volume customer service, student services or call centre environment. Demonstrated high-level problem-solving skills in a customer service environment. Clear and engaging communication style and the ability to interact with people from a diverse range of cultural, educational, and professional backgrounds.
Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong team orientation. Customer-centric approach and a desire to exceed customer expectations. Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. A focus on quality in everything you do.
Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment. Willingness to learn and develop. Excellent presentation skills and experience delivering webinars to large audiences. An interest in process improvement and innovation. Higher Education experience and/or knowledge of the Australian education sector is preferable but not essential.
