Advance Office Products Limited is a family owned business in Orewa, on the sunny Hibiscus Coast. We pride ourselves in being 100% Kiwi owned and a leader in New Zealand in Office Supplies and workplace solutions. This is a new position as our business is growing. We are looking for someone to join our existing performance based team. You must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude and understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service.
The Inwards/Outwards Goods Assistant will carry out a wide range of duties including processing Inwards goods from our suppliers and packaging and dispatching outwards goods. Front of house shops sales and handling customer enquiries. Answering phone calls in a confident and clear manner. Processing orders over the phone and via emails.
Experience not necessary but the successful applicant will demonstrate the following attributes quick willing learner. Excellent time management. Attention to detail as there is numerical checking with paper work. Ability to work as a team and unsupervised. Good verbal and written communication skills with a good level of computer literacy. Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. Physically fit, job requires some heavy lifting. Desire to assist in all areas of the team as required.
