Customer Service Administrator Source and Select Recruitment NZ Ltd location Auckland. $60 - 65k (based on exp).
This is a vital role. The face & the voice of the company. Providing an exceptional customer service experience. You will be managing all incoming requests from customers and providing an exceptional service experience.

Their customers are a large dealer network, boat builders and designers; and this business is classed as NZ's major supplier.
Joining the small team in the office, you will be responsible for all incoming enquiries from customers, supporting the sales team with administration and ensuring all documentation is accurate, the system is up to date and tasks are actioned to completion.
Working alongside your colleagues, you will have a variety of tasks to support them and the wider business to ensure products, stock, delivery and enquiries are dealt with and ensuring customer satisfaction along the way.
This may suit someone who has worked within an administration and customer service function perhaps within a trade, showroom, or office environment. You may be wanting to gain further client relationship experience, or are so passionate about all things marine that you want to combine this hobby with your job.
A breakdown of your day. Being the first point of call for all customers - this is a vital role. Managing incoming calls from customers with orders and product info. Dealing with customers face to face in the showroom. Managing quotations and following up.
Coordinating all product order information is accurately entered into the system. Working alongside your colleagues to ensure the end to end process is followed - from enquiry, stock, order, delivery. Providing direct administration support to the wider sales team.
Responding to any issues and fixing quickly. General office duties, supporting leadership with administration tasks. General office duties - working closely alongside your crew with supporting internal sales, assisting in the shop, administration where required.
Team player - can fit in well with a small team of colleagues who are fun, passionate, helpful and very supportive of each other. You will be confident on the phone, managing multiple duties, deadline driven and very organised.
Sometimes things can happen at once, and this role is solely focused on ensuring customers are kept in the loop and have a great experience. Experienced using microsoft programmes and a CRM/similar ordering software. Your career will be supported, developed and you are working in amongst a very fun and busy team environment.
