Customer Service Administrator HR Consulting - Hamilton location Waikato. Salary $20 - $24 per hour.

Pro Bars is an MTA assured member specialising in supplying and fitting Kiwi made towbars to NZ certified standards. We are seeking a person with exceptional customer service skills and experience who will be responsible for the day to day running of front reception, general office work and basic accounts.

Responsibilities of the position include respectfully serving customers both face to face and over the phone. Providing accurate customer quotes. Updating MYOB – Invoicing, purchasing and applying payments. Liaising with workshop staff, Ordering parts. Marketing products on TradeMe and the Pro Bars website.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and personal attributes proven customer service experience in a business environment a bright and positive personality with amazing people skills. Basic accounting knowledge with experience in MYOB. Intermediate user of Microsoft applications (Word and Excel). An aptitude for technical matters. A clean and tidy personal appearance. A full drivers’ licence (the ability to drive both a manual and automatic car is essential).
