About the role providing quality service to customers throughout New Zealand. Troubleshooting any product issues, assembly problems etc, and recommending solutions. Arranging credits and returns. Arranging freight, chasing up orders and stock. Liaison with product suppliers. Maintaining accurate information on the company database.
About you love solving problems and you're good at it. You don't get stressed managing more than one task at a time - you are able to prioritise and juggle multiple jobs. You really enjoy a solutions-based technical product environment. You love new technology and learning about new products. You have awesome computer skills - you're quick and accurate.
