Customer Service and Call Centre SurePlan Financial location Auckland. Salary $45,000 - $54,999.
About the role 40 hours per week, starting now. Working with scripts and contact lists. Have the support of a team and work independently. Have conversations with people to positively change lives. Make friendly but no-nonsense outbound calls.
We are looking for someone with Customer service experience & call centre. High level of resilience and strong drive to succeed. Great verbal and written communication skills. A New Zealand Citizenship or residency. A love for talking to people and making a positive difference.
