Customer Service Hays Contact Centres location Sydney. Salary $60-$65k + super.

Your new company working for a well-known super fund you will be helping support thousands of Australians plan for their future. This super fund has been known to be a leader in it's industry with the provision of top-tier advice and products. Joining within member services, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries from customers and potential customers regarding superannuation products. Supported by fantastic management and training, you will be joining a diverse and hard-working team in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

Your new role this will be a predominantly inbound role working within the fund's CBD contact centre. Your main responsibilities will include provision of quality customer service to superannuation customers, ensuring you understand and deliver on their needs.

Administrative tasks and processes relating to customer requests. Compliance is a key factor in this role. Vigilance in adopting quality assurance practices, guaranteeing all work is compliant with legislation. Contribution to team culture and team goals. They are very team-orientated and will need to work together in order to achieve company objectives.

What you'll need to succeed ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers including educating them on intricate products and processes associated with superannuation. Prior experience in finance, wealth management, banking or contact centres is highly desirable.

A process driven attitude with the ability to follow procedures effectively and ensure legislation is consistently met. A customer-centric attitude with a genuine passion for helping others. Those who do well in this team consistently want to go above and beyond for others.
