Customer Service Randstad location Sydney. Salary $26 - $27.00 p.h.

Our client is a State Government Department who are looking for x 10 dedicated customer service specliaists to join immediately despite Covid 19. You will be a large part of the remedy in what Australia is experiencing today through your ability to converse with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will be responsible for the Provisional Service Desk Agent is a foundational level position responsible for resolving caller requests in line with client service level agreements and accurately logging the resolution or investigative work performed into a Service Desk enterprise ticketing system.

The Service Desk Support team has the overall aim of achieving excellent levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that client Service Levels, specified within their Service Level Agreements, are met. About you to be successful for this role you have demonstrated experience in Customer service experience in a call centre will be highly regarded.

Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service positions, juniors welcome to apply contingent on communication both written and verbal being outstanding. Computer competence and multi- tasking will be required to succeed. Working towards KPI's is the norm in these exciting positions- customer satisfaction is the overall goal.
