Right now, we have opportunities for part-time Customer Service Attendants to join our front line team managing the efficient and safe running of stations, all while helping customers get to where they need to go. It’s a varied and constantly changing role which will see you assisting customers, flagging trains, using high-tech equipment and maintaining station presentation as required.

About you are passionate about owning each customer interaction and going that extra mile to help. You thrive in a team environment with team members working to a common goal, but also have the same enthusiasm working independently and decisively when needed. You are able to work across peak hour morning and afternoon shifts when our stations are at their busiest. You are flexible and willing travel to locations across the network to cover shifts as our customer needs change.

As a Customer Service Attendant, you will earn $1,119.20 per week plus 9.5% super, shift allowances and annual leave loading. Permanent part-time opportunities 20 - 38 hours per week.
