In this role, you will work collaboratively with an engaging team and a manager who will give you all the tools you need to succeed in a role encompassing customer service and administration.

Duties to include but are not limited to process new sales while maintaining accuracy & speed. Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and efficient order processes. Updating and maintaining client databases and systems. Maintain and build relationships by phone and email. Coordinate installations with internal departments as well as customers. Other ad hoc Administration tasks as required. Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.

To be successful in this position you must have excellent data entry/accuracy with a strong eye for detail. Strong customer service skills. The desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to make decisions and be self-motivated. Maintain a friendly & professional approach when handing customer queries either by phone or email. Computer literate including Word, Excel & Outlook.
