Customer Service Morgan Consulting location Melbourne. Salary $55000.00 - $65k p.a. + Super.
Reporting to the Operations manager this role will require the person to be a key member of the customer service team dealing with customers, retailers, food service & distribution partners. Morgan Consulting are partnered with this exciting food distribution / manufacturing business, to find their next customer service superstar. What will you be doing answering phones & assisting customers with their enquires. Accurately recording & imputing customer orders into SAP. Record management ( filing and scanning documents, maintaining spreadsheets). Raising customer invoices, logistics & distribution, product testing.
Working with the sales team for the odering of ingredients/packaging, inventory management (basic), office duties, managing inboxes & email correspondence, ad-hoc project management. This is a hands on role, requires you to roll up your sleeves with FULL responsibility for all sales, customer engagement & processing activities to ensure efficient business outcomes.
Person attributes of a superstar for success you should have the ability to interact with all team members on all levels. Excellent phone manner, responsive, along with patience, resilience, respect, an open & task orientated approach to managing multi tasks & competing agendas is essential.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential.
